The award was presented at the Familienland*Stars event in St. Pölten, which honors outstanding initiatives aimed at improving work-life balance.

For us, this recognition is a wonderful confirmation that we’re on the right track. We don’t view family-friendliness as an optional extra, but as a natural part of our corporate culture. We aim to create conditions that make everyday life easier and enable our employees to successfully balance their professional and personal lives.

These include, among other things, flexible work hours, remote work options, a parent-child office, and individualized support regarding parental leave and returning to work. We are convinced that when people can successfully balance their professional and personal responsibilities, it leads to long-term quality, satisfaction, and motivation.

At the same time, we view this award as an incentive to continue on this path consistently and to actively and responsibly help shape our work environment in the future as well.
