Windkraft Simonsfeld is ‘Best Workplace Austria 2024’
In 2024, we took part in the ‘Great Place To Work’ survey for the first time: Windkraft Simonsfeld has now been recognised as one of the ‘Best Workplaces Austria 2024’ based on these results. Out of a large number of applicants, our company achieved a fantastic fourth place in the M category (companies with 100-249 employees). The award was presented at a magnificent gala in Vienna. A remarkable success that confirms our commitment to an appreciative corporate culture.
Strong result thanks to a strong team
The basis for this award is the direct feedback from our employees. 95% of our team confirmed that Windkraft Simonsfeld is a Great Place to Work®. This feedback was provided as part of the world's largest anonymous employee survey on workplace quality - and has already been recognised with the official ‘Great Place to Work® Certified™’ certification.
Values that connect us
According to the organisers, the ‘Best Workplaces Austria’ are characterised above all by ‘an employee-oriented corporate culture in which people enjoy working and can freely develop their potential.’ The award-winning companies are characterised by particularly high approval ratings, which they were able to achieve in confidential surveys relating to the focus areas of credibility, respect, fairness, pride and team spirit. The fact that we achieved high approval ratings in all of these areas emphasises the high quality of our internal corporate culture - and is also an incentive to continue along this path.
Recognition as an impetus for further development
"We do not rest on our laurels, but want to continuously improve. For us, a strong corporate culture means listening, learning and improving together. This is the only way we can create a working environment in which everyone can realise their potential and actively contribute to our shared success," says CFO Alexander Hochauer.
"Despite the dynamic development of our company, the common goal remains clear: to create a working environment in which all employees can develop and contribute to our success. The award is not just a nice advertisement - it is above all a visible sign of what unites us at our core: Trust, cohesion and genuine cooperation," says a delighted P&C head Martina Reicher.
