Dividend record date

For share purchase agreements or transfer agreements received by us in writing by midnight on the dividend record date, the transfer will be approved by the Supervisory Board and entered in the share register before the 16th Annual General Meeting. The status of the share register at the beginning of the Annual General Meeting is decisive for the payment of the dividend.
