Townhall Meeting 2025: We make the difference!

Our Townhall Meeting 2025 took place under the motto ‘We make the difference’ - an inspiring start to the year for the entire Windkraft Simonsfeld AG team.

The aim of our internal Townhall Meeting is to share transparent information about our goals, challenges and successes from the departments with the entire team and, above all, to engage in direct dialogue. We look back at past projects, but above all at upcoming ones, and start the new year together with a lot of good energy.

Our role in the field of renewable energy is more important than ever. Despite strong headwinds, we are fully committed to a sustainable future. Every individual in our team is helping to drive forward the energy transition and is part of the solution. We always act with a holistic perspective: 360-degree sustainability and responsible corporate governance form the basis for this.

A very special town hall meeting

This year's event was special for several reasons: many new colleagues were there for the first time and had the opportunity to get to know our company, our values and our team even better. There was also a première: for the first time, our meeting took place in the Energiewendesaal - our new event hall.

With the support of The Tomorrow Tribe, represented by Sabine Hoffmann and Barbara Fekete, we not only awakened the creativity of the entire team, but also emphasised how crucial each individual is for change. Because even if a committed minority exerts sufficient influence, social tipping points can be reached. This is precisely why it is more important than ever to continue pursuing our goal of the energy transition and to involve as many people as possible.

Our commitment to the climate targets remains resolute

A look at global political developments shows that The climate targets are clearly jeopardised. However, there is no alternative for us - we stand behind the European Union's climate targets and are doing everything we can to achieve them. Reducing greenhouse gases, expanding renewable energies and increasing energy efficiency are essential in order to limit the rise in temperature on our planet.

This is exactly what we are working on - as a team, with full commitment and lots of good energy!
